The Children’s Trust Fund was founded in 1968 by a select group of social workers who saw the necessity to fund the special needs of youth not provided by government sources. 100% of the funds we receive benefit our foster youth and their families. Over the years, the Children's Trust Fund has supplied thousands of youth with financial assistance, and has maintained its commitment to provide services that will improve the lives of foster youth served by our department.
